1. A 50 year old warehouse operative sustained a spraining injury to the sacroiliac joint of the right hip as a result of stepping into an uncovered drain in a poorly lit car park. The Claimant’s injuries settled down to a large extent but she was left with permanent residual pain on walking for more than 20 minutes at a time.
